The guys how moved my stuff were awesome!!!!

These two men were very nice to me, fast, friendly,nothing was damaged, every one of my pieces of furniture was very carefully wrapped and they performed the move in a timely manner as promised. I would hire these two guys in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for making my move fast adn easier for me.

One of the men commented that my dresser and chest were poor quality. He cld have kept those comments to self..It took longer than estimated by and hour..

Jake in the office did a great job of explaining the services and options I had. When I encountered a moving day snag, he helped me to find alternative storage and worked tamale sure the cube storage facility would work for my needs . The day i moved, Mario and Kevin showed up. We're fantastic in reviewing the scope of the work, handled my property with care and packed the truck effortlessly and securely. I was very impressed with their efficiency and pleasant manner. These two guys were the best movers I've ever hired - and I have moved many times. I appreciate all the help the two men and a truck gave me and would enthusthistically recommend them to anyone. The office staff that I spoke with to set up the date and time was EXCELLENT! However, the office staff who who took our payment information over the phone was not. He repeatedly tried to bill our card for $95000 instead of the nine hundred something that was required. This caused major security issues with our card for days and we ended up having to use a different card to pay for which was not what we had planned so it caused more problems. This aspect of the service was very frustrating, the rest was good.

I was happy overall except for the following: I had two beds to be disassembled and reassembled. It took them about 45 minutes each to disassemble and another 45 minutes each to reassemble because they didn't have the right tools. So it took 7 hours to do a 5 hour job. I moved furniture only (no boxes) from a 1200 sq ft apt. So I ended up paying extra due to a lack of tools.

Once again, they did a fine job! Our crew was helpful, polite and conscientious . Nothing broken and have found only one small scratch. We were pleased.

You're a little pricey...

First time using Two Men and won't be the last. The movers were great and I will never move without Two Men.

Dom and Tom put in a solid day's work helping with my packing and moving. They were very curtious and did a great job.

The gentlemen that moved my things were very good, however there were a few thing that were forgotten therefore making me have to take up the slack.

Alan is very good at his job, very courteous, special attention to details and good teacher when showing Devon how to properly wrap & move things. Devon, I thought is new to this job and needs to remain professional during a job assignment.

The three men that helped make the move were fantastic. All three were polite,courteous,answered all my questions and made the move an overall good experience.I will always use Two Men and a Truck in the future and I will keep referring the company to anyone.

Troy and Lonnie were wonderful! They were so kind, positive and very efficient. They really are fabulous at what they do and it is clear they put the customer first and place an emphasis on customer service.

Dan Davin and Delven Cobbs were real professional. They took care of our property like it was their own. They came early and left late and never complained. They said "this is our job and we'll stay until the work gets done". Thank you for your service and help.

This was the second time in two months we used TM&AT to move heavy items in our home. We are very happy with the service.

My two movers were excellent! They were careful with my belongings, polite, friendly, and efficient. I would gladly use this company again.

Dan, Dom & Cory did an excellent job. They were efficient and careful with property being moved. Not one piece of furniture touched a wall or doorway. Plus, I had extra items not on original move list and they still came in under the time quote. I'll hire them again when I'm ready to move the rest of my stuff to the new house.

This was a two part move for us. Your men moved our furnishings out of storage unit into home. Another company put furnishings into storage. Your men found three damaged items in the storage unit. We are contacting first movers to repair damaged items. May need your men to verify they found the items that way. Your men did a much more professional job than the first movers!! Thank you

And Jake, who handled setting up the move also was great!!!

Our experience with the moving team was excellent. Our only difficulties were with the truck - which would not start in our driveway once it was fully loaded. It took a little bit of time to get a service technician and get the truck running, but it worked in the end. The moving team was excellent - they were professional, personable and took great care of our possessions. (and they were very good dealing with the truck issues - helping ease our anxieties and not letting it impact their work either)

The movers were very polite and did an excellent job of moving my daughter. This is the 3rd time we have used Two Men and a Truck and have had nothing but good experiences. If the need arises, we will definitely be using them again :)

I was so impressed how the movers thoroughly wrapped my sofa in plastic to protect it.

This is for the move on Mar 10 from Upper Arlington to Dublin.

I did not get a chance to complete the moving evaluation survey I received in the email because I was traveling. We are very dissatisfied with the service. Before I tell you why, first things first. I just stepped on our elliptical a couple of minutes ago and realized it is broken. One of the wheels slides off the base making it really dangerous to exercise. This is the first time I used the elliptical after the move. We noticed this flaw immediately after the move. In fact one of your associates put the wheel back on the base and we thought it was a temporary defect. However after climbing on it for the first time today after the move, I realized it is actually broken.

We would like you to come and inspect and replace it if you are not able to get it repaired.

Regarding the service, it was awful. We expected a lot more efficiency and some method to packing and delivery but we were very disappointed.

1. Both your staff members kept whining that they are tired from a late night playing with a child or being 30 hours awake from a trip to Florida. They were very slow and made us feel bad for asking them to do their job. They also kept apologizing that they are not up to par. We did not hire Two Men and Truck for not doing a job up to par.

2. They took forever to pack. Just to pack the kitchen one of your staff members took over an hour and half. In that time my partner and I packed almost all of the 2 bedrooms and the living room. They also did a bad job packing. They were packing all the glass bottles etc. in paper however, they did not make sure that the lids were tightly closed with clingwrap or something. On opening the boxes we found that one of the bottles had opened and the black pepper powder had spilled inside the box. I had asked them to pack the kitchen items one cabinet in one box because it will be easier for us to unpack but he complained that it will take longer. I do not believe it would have taken any longer. This is not customer centered service at all. They also did not label all the boxes so we had to open and find what was in the boxes for unpacking. He showed me how nicely he put all the sharps and how he labeled on the paper. But he did not label the box that had the sharps in it. This is not expected of moving professionals. They also said that the move can happen faster if we helped them pack. This is ridiculous!

3. They took way too much time to pack and move. My partner and I were faster than them. One of the staff members boasted, "He even had the courage to boast, "Once we pack for you, you will never want to pack yourself!" After this experience we feel like it is better to pack ourselves instead of throwing away $1100 dollars to a supposedly professional moving company.

4. They unloaded the truck and placed the boxes all over the place. We directed them to place the boxes in different rooms. They just lay them around with no place to walk in the room. Later, we had to lay them out systematically ourselves so that the heavy boxes were not stacked one upon another and did not occupy the whole room. They were whining so much about how they had less sleep the night before, that asking them to place the boxes or adjust the position of the bed made us feel guilty. We even tipped them because we were feeling sorry for them not for the service they provided.

5. We were either given a wrong estimate of how long it will take to pack, move and unload or these people were unreasonably slow.

6. They arrived 35 minutes late than the scheduled 8am time.

We are really disappointed in your service. I do not think we will ever recommend your service to anyone or use it ourselves. We would like a refund for providing such unprofessional service and creating so much inconvenience for packing and post unloading.

By the way, I emailed what I have typed her to Lesa Brugger last week. I received only a courtesy call that she will speak with her manager to find out how to address our concerns. I haven't heard since. I called her this morning but have not heard back yet.

You not only have poor professional service but also poor customer service. I hope that you will take some action and mitigate the problem.

Another great experience, and the movers were very professional.

This was the BEST money that we spent towards our new home.

The two movers (Dan & ? --can't remember the other guys name) were great. Very courteous, professional and moved all furniture and misc items swiftly. They arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated time I was originally quoted. Very satisfied and will use them again if needed.

I got the impression that since the move was quoted for 5 hrs that the movers went at a pace to meet the 5 hr quote. I do not recall the movers names but the non-driver was great, the driver seemed to walk around and supervise more than he was moving items.

Have used Two Men and a Truck in the past with good results. These two movers arrived unprepared and dragged their feet. Took over two hours to empty a 10'x10' storage unit. Had no tape, and no boxes to handle a box that broke apart. Had to call management to find out what to do when a box broke. No bounce in their step and no ability to think on their feet.

My moving crew was the absolute best! This is my third time moving with 2 men and a truck and I won't ever look any further. I refer everyone who I hear is moving. Great company, excellent service and great help and care throughout the process.

I want to ensure that the movers are recognized for doing an EXCELLENT job! Alan Wilkinson, Isaah Gore and Troy Lopes were the 3 men who moved my goods. Their pickup at the primary location and delivery to my location was perfect. They were courteous and very quick and took excellent care of my furniture. The biggest items had to be put in the basement where they took care not to scratch of create any issues with the move. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and excellent job they performed.
