The movers were not in a hurry to complete the job. Also, a third man would have been helpful and saved time and money. This was not offered to me as an option.

Troy and Dominique (mover's) did an excellent job with our move. They were on time, courteous, professional and worked extremely hard to meet our move time quote. Troy (lead mover) ran the show and exceeded our expectations. He was very clear with paperwork and explanation of how the move would go. They are great ambassadors for your company. I would recommend your company for that very reason.

The entire day was truly an excellent day. They called prior to them coming to assure me they were on time. The guys, Nick and crew were a delight to work with. They had tons of personality and enthusiasum. They were very hard workers. It was a very hot day and they guys never once didn't work 100%. I highly recommend them to my friends.

We were very pleased with the gentlemen that moved us they had great personalities and got the job done in a timely manner. Two men and a truck should be proud to call them employees and each and everyone of them need to be recognized for their hard work and dedication to providing excellent service. Those young men deserve a raise.

Provide more realistic estimates for moving time. Wrap ALL wall photos/portraits in plastic and then box. Mine were stacked and then placed in a box causes gouges on the frames. Overwrap the drawer pulls on furniture. Two handles were broken on mine. Exercise care with furniture, I had a drop leaf side table cracked.

Initial person I talked to said the minimum fee was $248 to cover your costs when not on the clock and hourly fee was $132. Should have been a little clearer and stated that there was a #116 fee plus $132 per hour. Otherwise my rating would have been all 5's. The moving crew was really good.

The crew assigned to me did a good job, not as good as the crew I had last year, but that crew was exceptional during an exceptionally difficult moving day, when half the city lost power. Overall, I was pleased with the service.

There was an outdoor light that was damaged next to the door where the lock was taken out to move stuff in. No one mentioned the damage to me and I discovered it later, and mentioned to Jacob via email within a couple of days. I need to get some feedback regarding that damage so that I can deal with my new landlord, who had just installed that light earlier that morning.

It was an overall great experience from start to finish. From Jacob, the 1st rep I spoke with, as well as the other reps I called to ask questions and change my appointment. The reps were very knowledgeable and accomodating. The movers, Antrim, Eric, and Chandler were all very professional and friendly, even my kids really liked them. Their helpful, can do attitudes helped take the stress out what had been a long move. Having people you don't know into your home to move everything you own can be stressful, but from the time I opened the door and we introduced ourselves, I knew I was among friends and felt totally comfortable. Thanks for playing a great part in an important time for my family. Here's to the three men we met during our move with Two Men And A Truck!

My charges far exceed what I was quoted!! After receiving two other quotes from competitors, I made my choice based on the information provided by your representative. Nothing about my quote is in the ballpark of what my actual charges are!! After visiting the office and speaking with the Sales & Marketing Manager (Stephanie Clarey) we were able to identify several mistakes/missteps in the quoting/contracting process. But, I'm still paying close to $2000 more than quoted by you, and more than $1500 quoted by competitors!! Also, during my visit I requested a copy a copy of my inventory list. That was on June 6. As of today (June 13), I have still not received!! Later my realtor stop by to prep for closing, and I shared with her my experience at the office. She then tells me that she wished she would have known that I was planning to use your services and would have advised otherwise because low-ball quoting and price-switching has been experienced several times with other clients!! Having spent 22 years in the Marine Corps, and made a ton of moves, this by far is the worst (and most costly) experience. I will be sure to share this experience with as many as possible in an effort to save others from being misled and scammed!!
The only bright spot was my packers and movers. Very professional, timely, and hard-working.

The movers were exceptional and very professional in moving my 80 yr old mother. They never said no to anything she asked them to do. However the office did not allow them enough time and she was more than willing to pay any extra. The office did not listen when she told them she wanted the;m to pack the lamps and we found out from the packers that they do not do lamps. Over all, the guys were exceptional, but the packers used way too much paper. Thanks again and thanks to the moving guys!!!

A three man crew was to be provided, and only two showed up. The crew leader was very good. The helper needed to take lots of breaks throughout the day (we were told he was sick). Loading was not completed until quite late in the day. Crew leader made several calls for additional help. Two additional helpers finally showed up half way through the unloading process (they were very good). Final bill was adjusted fairly to reflect small crew and many interuptions throughout the day.

I thought the movers did very well, and handled the furniture professionally. When they arrived they wanted me to sign a revised estimate adding 3 to 4 more hours to the move. I called the office to discuss it with them because it was quite different than what I was told over the phone. I was told by the salesperson that I could pay by check but the movers told me I had to pay by credit card. In the end it was all worked out, but it made your company appear unprofessional. I would not want any of my business friends have to go through that aggravation. It's a shame because after that the move went smoothly.

I am have two kids, ages 5 and 2, and this move was a big deal for us but even more so for them. The movers did a great job of being friendly and understanding while working "with" and around our little ones. I really appreciated that.

My movers were very slow and complained as soon as they arrived to my place. It took them much longer than it should have and I was really disapointed. The manager that I called was slightly helpful, but I still think that I paid too much for the service provided. One of the movers actually ran my hope chest into the vinyl siding of my apartment building causing damage to the chest and putting a hole in the vinyl. It is just disapointing comsidering that this is the 3rd time I have used two men and this is the only time I have had bad service.

My estimate was seriously off and the truck was unable to haul everything, some things had to be left behind for me to deal with. I was not impressed with this part of their service

I was not informed I needed to supply my own tools to disassemble my beds and dresser/mirror. The movers could not reassemble the beds or reattach the mirror to the dresser due to this. I live by myself with a 12 year old and cannot do this very well on my own. I also needed to rearrange a lot of furniture and the t.v.s were brought to the wrong areas.

This is the third time I have used the service, but I may not be using them again. My goods were packed improperly, the bed and tv stand were improperly assembled and I had to spend considerable effort moving the stuff that the movers forgot to move at my old place. Friendly guys, but very shoddy work.

I really expected someone to call me to learn more about our high level of dissatisfaction. I spoke with Jessica (she's in Zanesville?) on Friday and she assured me that her supervisor would call me on Monday. No call, no surprise. I called my rep, Tim Finnerity, once during the move and once the day after, and left a message, but no return call from him either. Classic case of "take the money and run". I can't believe how bad the customer service is for this company.
I'm posting my dissatisfaction on Facebook, rating it badly on Angie's list, and contacting BBB.

Discussion about how goods were to be insured should have occurred before the mover was ready to start the move. Details about extra charges and damage claims probably could be covered by office staff and may affect whether a would want to deal with valuable objects differently.

Other than that, mover went well, movers were pleasant and efficient and, in fact, there was no damage.

Dan Davis was fantastic: professional, smart, organized, and very pleasant to work with. Lentwan Smith was wonderful, cheerful, helpful, and a hard worker. Glover was good too, but was less personable and seemed to not work as hard as Dan and Smitty at times, but he was also sick and so might not have been feeling well. Thanks for taking such good care of my things!

I was advised that the movers would be out to my home between 2-4pm. I had to call three times when they were over two hours late. I was finally advised that they would dispatch a new crew, that they were not able to reach the crew that was scheduled to complete my move and they did not know why they were late or even if they were going to show up. The movers actually showed up at 6:30 and did not finish the move until 9:30. As a result of being so late I did not have them set up all the items that they took apart. It was too late in the evening and I spent all day moving everything into one room to help them so that the move would be faster. I felt like they were taking their time, and actually that they were wasting time. They only had to move things from two rooms and I had everything taken apart with the exception of a baby crib. Everything was moved down stairs and into one room, yet it took them over two hours to load the truck. Once I told them they didnt have to put anything together, they unloaded the truck at my new house in 45 minutes. I did so much of the breakdown and put together work myself, I would never spend the kind of money I paid you again. This service was supposed to make my move easier, but unfortunately, it was much more stressful than helpful. Oh, and the movers asked me about tipps, and told me that they would be happy to accepts tips from me, are you kidding me? I of course, did NOT tip them.

The movers were excellent and I would highly recommend the company. This is my third move with the company and I will use them again. I only had one problem...I had asked about putting the bed together and it was not done before they left. Other than that small thing everything was wonderful :) Thank you very much!!!!

Movers were forty-five minutes late past the two hour window which I was given. I had explained when I booked the move the time sensitivity of the move. I had requested service as close to the start of the window as possible and called the day of to remind them. I later found that this was not conveyed to the crew or supervisory staff at all.

Matt and Mike were so pleasant thru the move. They had to deal with rain and small spaces I applaud them for their efforts. I would bighly recommend you and them as a team to anyone. I will be a repeat customer

Neal and Woody, the movers who assisted with my move, came on time, gave explanations on all paperwork, and started right away on moving my things. Both were quick with moving the boxes, along with carefully taking apart the bed, which included a headboard and footboard.
Once at the destination, they unloaded everything as quickly as they loaded it up. The bed was put back together very well and was also done in a timely matter.
Throughout the move, both men were personable and professional. I've moved a few times over the last few years due to work and have never had such great moving men.
Since using your service, I've mentioned the good experience I had with your company to many co-workers who are planning a move and I will definitely come back to you during any future move I have.

The movers did the best they could with the experience they had, but they were rookies. They were not seasoned and had no idea how to move our freezer, without my husbands help it wouldn't have gotten done. They didn't cover my expensive mattress and got dirt and blood on it. I did talk to operations and came to an agreement. They were cooperative, after 14 moves in my lifetime, this was a huge disappointment.

Office staff, please be clear about procedures in booking a day and time, once general phone estimate is given.

Driver and loader were very professional, even more so than my own co-workers in a government office. Also thoroughly efficient, quick and courteous. Seldom have seen more motivated workers.

My crew was terrific, friendly, and worked very hard.

One week after the move however I am still waiting for a claims adjustor to call because my washing machine was broken during the move.

It is also misleading to say on your website that your crews are bonded, yet I find that damages are taken from their paychecks. I am very upset about this; this is what insurance is for.

The price was reasonable, the movers were efficient and friendly. Devin, Devon, and Sam (I think) were careful and helpful. The move went well, and nothing was damaged.

Extremely late! Scheduled move was between 4 and 6. Movers didn't arrive until about 7:30. The guys were kind and did their job, but the tardiness detracted from their pleasantness. Sorry, but moving day is stressful enough without having the movers be so late. :-(

The guys did a good job for us. Did have a broken hand rail that they didn't feel they did but there was no logical explanation why it broke at the handle and had a nick in the wall right above it. Still have not heard fr. Two Men after incident report was filled out. Paid 15 min. over the estimate but felt the guys walked a thin line between being slowly cautious or just plain moving with little sense of urgency to meet or beat the estimate time.

The crew that moved me were superior and will make sure I let others know if they use your organization to request the same crew.

The overall experience was great. I would like to comment that it should have been known that based on the site estimate it should have been determined way in advance the size of truck required. As a result, the crew needed to make 2 trips which increased the cost due to time.

We were happy with the young men who worked the truck, but unhappy with the fact that we weren't informed when they would be arriving. We were told they would arrive between 11 an 1, however, then received a call from the office stating they would be closer to 1:00. At 1:30 we called to find out the status and were told the crew had been held up on another job. We explained we were away from the home as there is no furniture or power and asked that they call us when they were 1/2 hour away. We were told this would happen. We went to a local Tim Horton's to await the call. Luckily I was looking out the window and saw the truck go past, no phone call. We hurriedly went back to the house and sure enough they were there.

When we finally got the appliances on the truck and headed to the storage facility it got pretty crazy, the truck was too big to turn down the aisle for our unit, in fact it was too big to do much of anything at the storage facility. They ended up having to dolly the appliances over to the unit from two aisles away. We asked why they hadn't called when they were 1/2 hour away and they said they hadn't been told they needed to call.

Something that we thought would take 1 1/2-3 hours ended up taking up almost 6 hours with travel time, etc.
